Refund Policy

Everything (excluding STONE SunJel Fireplaces ) is returnable within 7 days of receipt of UPS delivery. However; there are a few important procedures in place to make sure you get the full refund. Any deviation from this policy can and will result in partial to no refund.

1. You must receive a Return Authorization number prior to sending the product back or refusing it. If you refuse shipment you must get your RA number prior to delivery.
2. All Returns must be shipped back prepaid via UPS. Which means, you must pay to ship it back.
3. Original Shipping will never be refunded. Original Real shipping not what you paid. Example: A case of Gel Fuel costs between $13.00 and $24.00 depending on where you live. If the gel cost us $22.50 to ship it that is the amount that will not be refunded, NOT the cost on your order. We have shipping discounts that are passed on to you due to our volume, but if the package is returned, full original shipping will not be refunded.
4. 18% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
5. Fireplaces that are burned in will not be refunded.
6. All products must come back in the exact same exterior carton and interior packaging. Not following this policy can result in major fines and / or no refund.
7. Dented jel fuel cans are not refundable, exchangeable or returnable. For 23 years UPS has dented cans during movement. This cannot be avoided. Some boxes you will get perfect and some maybe a few cans will be dented. They are still safe and perfectly fine to use. If you do not want the risk of a few dents, then we suggest bottle refills as they are plastic and can withstand more abuse in transport.
8. All Refunds will be mailed to you in check form within 7-14 business days of receiving the product back. To expedite your refund kindly forward the UPS tracking number to Sales@weloveyourhome.com
